Zartan (customized)

This is the standard Classified Zartan, but I wanted his clothes to be more red and less brown—and I didn’t know the retro card version was coming at the time. I repainted his pants and hood, and I also gave more of a lavender/silver splash to his chest, shoulder, and leg plates.
