Cobra Officer (customized)

I repainted the flesh around the eyes to give more diversity to Cobra’s ranks. I also tried to give one a horrible battle scar/burn. Of course, as soon as I did that Hasbro revealed Scrap Iron with his damaged face. Well-played, Hasbro.
